GENERAL• By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your order
• Terms of Service and prices may change at any time, and you are bound by those in effect at the time of your transaction
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time
• All listed prices are base prices
• Providing clear references and/or a description helps avoid mistakes
• Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation of your commission (50% refund)
— Will do: OCs, Fanart, Anthropomorphic, Kemonomimi, Ships (canon x canon, canon x OC, OC x OC)
— Won’t do: Other styles, NFTs, Gore (blood is ok), NSFW, Real People (unless I have written consent), Mecha, Offensive contentREVISIONS• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase
• Major changes after sketch approval may incur extra fees depending on complexityPAYMENT AND REFUND• Payment is accepted via PayPal in EUR (€)
• Full payment upfront is required
• Extra changes after the base colors phase = extra charge
• Full refund if I haven’t started the commission
• If work has started, refund depends on progress
• No refunds after final deliveryPROCESS AND DEADLINES• Turnaround time can take up to 2 months depending on workload/complexity
• Usual turnaround: about 2 weeks
• I take a max of 3 commissions at a time (first come, first served)
• You can pay +50% to get your commission done faster (top of the queue)
• If slots are full, you can ask to join the waitlist
• You’ll receive WIPs at: sketch, base colors, and final stages
• Final art is delivered via discord/instagram/vgen (.PNG or .JPG)USAGE POLICY• My art is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased
• I retain rights to all commissions (posting on social media, portfolios, samples)
• You may not sell, alter, mint, AI-train, or remove my watermark
• If you post the artwork online, please credit me
